2016 Cheer Registration - jrtrojans.org
ALL cheerleaders MUST be registered on the ORJT website to participate in the season.  Please make sure to register your cheerleader by July 15th if you have not already done so. If you register after July 15th, there is a late fee penalty. In addition, being registered ensures that you are receiving all important ORJT communications and information.


Half-Time Camp - July 23-24 @ Oak Ridge High School MPR
Mascots, Mighty Mites, Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Jr. Midget, and Midgets
Reminder that camps are closed to parents, please drop your cheerleader and pick up at times listed.Check In 30 mins PRIOR to your squad start time unless otherwise specified by your coach.
    1. Mascots - 8 - 11am
    2. MM - 9:30 - 12:30pm
    3. JPW - 11 - 2:30pm
    4. PW - 1 - 4:30pm
    5. JM - 3 - 6:30pm
    6. Midgets - 5 - 8pm

What to Wear and bring to Half-time Camp?  

  1. Please wear your ORJT Camp Gear and bow - includes shorts, tank, sports bra, and bow
  2. Gym shoes 
  3. Hair in high, tight ponytail, no fly aways
  4. No jewelry of ANY kind including earrings, it is a safety hazard
  5. Water bottle and light snack if wanted
  6. Hyrdration is key, it is getting hot, please make sure your athete drinks plenty of fluid starting Wed!!!

ORJT Cheer Paperwork Turn In - Sunday, July 24 - Mascots Only
Please turn in your paperwork to Kristen Roeder when you drop off your cheerleader for Stunt Camp.  We will be collecting paperwork in front of the MPR, requirements are posted in ORJT website.  Items Required:

  1. 2016 Medical Clearance Form - form on ORJT website, must be signed by Doctor to participate in the season.  This is Mandatory for ALL cheerleaders.

Important Details for Voluntary Conditioning Camp

Football Families,

For the 'voluntary conditioning camp' starting Tuesday, July 5th, a "Signed" Release of Liability form must be brought prior to participation. Without this release form, your child will not be be able to attend.

Conditioning Camp Dates and Locations:
Three weeks starting July 5th, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 5:30-7:30pm. Please show up early to be ready to start at 5:30pm sharp.

Field Locations for Each Team:

  • Mighty Mites: Behind softball field outfield
  • Jr. PeeWees: South of baseball field
  • PeeWees:  Top field, up hill, west of baseball field
  • Jr. Midgets:  Soccer field
  • Midgets:  Soccer field

Lastly, registration and scholarship applications are due July 15th.

ORJT is actively seeking 2016 season sponsors and raffle prize donations for Super Sunday, our August 7 season kick-off event. Do you own a business or know of a business that might be interested in supporting our organization? Sponsor contributions and raffle prize donations help keep athlete participation costs as low as possible and cover expenses like field rentals, officials, insurance, onsite EMTs, scholarships and more. Registration is Now Open

We are happy to announce our online registration for Football and Cheer is NOW OPEN!

We would like to allow our families additional time spread out registration payments this year and have elected to open registration early.

Please pay close attention to the registration instructions and the payment guidelines as there will be some minor changes during the registration process. Partial payment will be accepted on initial registration. Minimum amounts will vary depending on what squad/team you are registering for, or optional items purchased. If you have any questions regarding what team you should be signing up for, please see Football Registration Information or Cheer Registration Information under the Registration tab, or email Kristen Roeder at vp-admin@jrtrojans.org. We are also pleased to announce there will be no increase in fees for this season.

Registration Information:

  • Open thru July 15th
  • Late Fee ($50) applies if registering after July 15th
  • Registration officially closes July 26th
  • Registration MUST be paid in full by August 5th in order to participate.

If applying for Financial Assistance, please select "Pay By Check" and watch for communication with the updated Financial Aid packet. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
